Blake's Yummy Yumminess

Blake has done some amazing cooking, even in the cottage where he had a 4x4 all in one range, oven, sink, fridge, and the oven didn't work. He cooked every night all summer except for 2. I didn't get pictures of everything, but he made big steam pots, pasta dishes, Asian cuisine and much more. Below are some of the meals that we have had since we last posted.

Cornish Hen with a sweet plum sauce, braised red cabbage and asparagus fried rice.












Chilled Mediterranean Shrimp Salad Martinis

Jeannie (Boppy's) Amazing Prime Rib which we will learn to make. Flavored with Rosemary, Garlic, Onion, Salt and Pepper and Cayenne. YUM!!! Served with Merlot Au Jus, fresh beets and Yorkshire Pudding.

    Phil told us about the prime rib. Makes me wanna try to do it my own self!
